Anything interesting going on around SF this weekend?

I have a German friend who's coming to town and I'm wondering if there's anything interesting for her to do this weekend in SF?

Also, is there anyone [ vaguely trustworthy :-) ] who'd like to show her around town a bit some night this week?

Anything that might be amusing and interesting (but preferably uniquely San Francisco) for a visitor in town.
      • Here is a schedule of events for the next week:

Wed 15 - BaGG (Bondage a Go Go) At the Glass Kat, 520 Fourth st. (bondageagogo.tribe.net)
Thurs 16 - Bawdy Island Burlesque Hullabaloo at the DNA Lounge (You will know some of the performers, Lauri is one of them. Also these are the guys that brought us Lee Press On last month - the show is always really good.) Also if you want an 80's club there is 1984 at the Cat Club - It gets really packed on Thursday nights, lots of people and great music, there are two rooms, front being more pop-ie like and the back being more of the darker, new wave type like Depeche Mode, Sisters of Mercy, Front 242, etc.
Fri 17 - Shadowplay at the Stud, this is awesome for the latest in new wave, indie, electro, & discopunk. www.shadowplaysf.com. Another event also on Friday is something called Supersonic, it is a new event at the Cat Club. It is supposed to be a big mix of stuff from the 90's - 2000's with videos in the back room and music in the front. They play stuff from Depeche Mode to L'Trimm to Peaches.
Sat 18 - Substance at the Endup. This is another 80's like night that is all mixed up a really neat club. Get there early before it gets too crowded. This is an all night event going till the next morning so if you want to dance the night away, you can literally do it here.

Next week the big event is the Perverts Prom at BaGG. A special event not to be missed.

Let me know if you want stuff for the next week as well.

Take it easy and hope to see ya at one of the events.
